All orders will be delivered in our high-quality jewellery boxes with discreet outer packaging. All ring, earring and pendant orders over £3,000 will be delivered with our additional gift packaging presentation boxes. The gift packaging features a sleek black luxurious presentation box complete with our unique Diamond Heaven logo, featuring a cream inner layer and unique document case to keep all paperwork and certification safely stored. The black foam inlay will hold your jewellery box securely ready for the grand unveiling, making this an elegant gift to present to your loved one for any special occasion. Each gift packaging parcel is enclosed in a plain outer white box for delivery as to not indicate what is inside for your discretion.
Please note the gift packaging is not currently available for bracelet and tennis necklace orders; these jewellery pieces will arrive in our high-quality jewellery boxes.

We understand that not everyone is comfortable buying high value diamond jewellery online. Sometimes you need to see the item in person to fully appreciate what you are buying before parting with your hard-earned money. This is why it has been imperative to us to ensure we have locations across the UK for our customers to visit.
Recently renovated in 2022, our flagship store is the heart of Diamond Heaven. With the store elegantly designs and all jewellery beautiful presented, we allow our customers to view all jewellery with ease and in a luxurious setting. Our Birmingham store also have access to some of the most skilled craftsmen in the U.K, ensuring nothing but the best for our customers. Birmingham also has fantastic transport links from all over the country, making it even easier to visit us.
Here in the capital, we have our beautiful second Diamond Heaven location. In this showroom you can book dedicated appointments to view your desired piece of jewellery. You will have an exclusive one-on-one consultation with a member of our sales team, offering expert advice and guidance each step of the way.
